Jyoti Jain Investment & Finance Co. Private Limited (JIFCO)  & Jyoti Commodities Private Limited (JCPL) are flagship companies “Jyoti Trading Corporation (JTC), as premium conglomerate with turnover exceeding USD 200 millions. This brings to the company the required financial strength and expertise.

JIFCO was incorporated in 1980 as a corporate body and managed to become NSE & BSE trading member for facilitating trades in Capital Market Segment (CM). The company also facilitates trading in Future & Options Segment (F &O) to its premium customers.

With paradigm shifts in the financial markets, JIFCO made its foray into Depository activities and became an active Depository Participant of NSDL in October 2000. Further JCPL is a member of National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) & Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX)
